
The Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (Maha-Metro) has invited bids for Detailed Design Consultancy (DDC) services for elevated metro stations under Pune Metro Rail Project – Phase II, as per a recently issued e-tender notice: NIT -P2-DDC-04.2026
The tender, P2-DDC-04/2026 (NCB), dated 04 February 2026, covers consultancy services for a total of 14 elevated stations—10 stations on Line 4B (Hadapsar–Loni Kalbhor) and 4 stations on Line 4C (Hadapsar–Saswad). The scope explicitly excludes viaduct design within station portions.
Key Tender Details
The consultancy contract will have a completion period of 48 months from the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA). Bid documents can be downloaded from the Government of Maharashtra’s e-tender portal between 06 February 2026 (16:00 hrs) and 04 March 2026 (16:00 hrs)
The cost of the tender document is ₹23,600 (inclusive of GST), payable online through the Maha-Metro e-tender portal. A Bid Security (EMD) of ₹3.15 lakh is required, though Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) registered with the appropriate authorities are exempted, subject to submission of valid registration certificates and a Bid Securing Declaration.
Pre-Bid Meeting and Submission Timeline
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 February 2026 at 11:00 hrs at the office of Executive Director (Procurement), Maha-Metro, located at the District Court Metro Station premises, Shivajinagar, Pune. Bidder queries must be submitted in advance via email or in hard copy as specified in the tender document.
The last date for online submission of bids is 04 March 2026 up to 16:00 hrs, with tender opening scheduled for 05 March 2026 after 16:30 hrs at Maha-Metro’s Procurement Department.

The tender forms a key component of Pune Metro Phase II, aimed at expanding metro connectivity to rapidly growing suburban corridors in the Hadapsar–Loni Kalbhor and Hadapsar–Saswad sections. The appointment of a Detailed Design Consultant is expected to play a crucial role in finalising station architecture, structural design, and systems integration for these elevated stations.
