The Indian Premiere League is just round the corner and Lucknow Metro is all set to cheer for and support the IPL Team of Lucknow i.e. the Lucknow Super Giants.
To make the experience more memorable for Cricket lovers, Lucknow Metro will take several initiatives over the course of IPL matches to level up the Game.
Lucknow Metro Train services will be available till late night @00:30 hrs. (Midnight) on all Day-Night IPL matches to be held in Lucknow. (See the list below)
• Low floor feeder bus services will be available from Transport Nagar and Indira Nagar Metro stations for hassle free connectivity to Ekana Stadium via Shaheed Path.
• Last Metro train will be departed from both the terminal stations i.e Munshipulia and CCS Airport Metro Station at 00:30 Hrs. (Midnight).
• Lucknow Metro will have a selfie contest, and the lucky winners will get the opportunity to win LSG T-shirts that have been specially autographed by the players.
• A special Meet and Greet session with the LSG Players will be organised at CCS Airport Metro Station and few people will be shortlisted to meet the players.
• Information about LSG match schedule and theme song will be played at all metro stations and inside trains at frequent intervals.
Schedule of Day-Night matches (Starts @7.30pm) to be held in Lucknow is as follows .

• 1st April, 2023: Lucknow Super Giants vs Delhi Capitals
• 7th April, 2023: Lucknow Super Giants vs Sunrisers Hyderabad
• 15th April, 2023: Lucknow Super Giants vs Punjab Kings
• 1st May, 2023: Lucknow Super Giants vs Royal Challengers Bangalore
• 16th May, 2023: Lucknow Super Giants vs Mumbai Indians
Speaking on the special arrangements, MD UPMRC Shri Sushil Kumar said, “It’s an exciting time for the city and people of Lucknow that our very own IPL Team will play at Ekana in the upcoming IPL Season. Both LSG and Lucknow Metro are City’s Pride and therefore we are extending our support for the team and for all the cricket enthusiasts who are planning to watch the matches in the stadium. On days when there are LSG Matches, we shall run our trains till midnight for the spectators in the spirit of cricket fever.
